INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVITED SPEAKERS, ORAL PRESENTERS AND MODERATORS

Pre-recorded Sessions with Live Q&A

Session Structure: After a short pre-recorded introduction by the moderator, the pre-recorded lectures will be live streamed as per the program schedule.  After the presentations, there will be a live, moderated Q&A involving all presenting speakers. Participants will be able to submit their questions via the Q&A feature.

  • After the presentations, there will be a live Q&A involving all presenting speakers where participants will be able to submit their questions via the live chat feature.
  • All presenters of recorded lectures are requested to join their session for the Live Q&A where you will be able to answer questions coming from the audience.

Live sessions with Live Q&A

Session Structure: After a short introduction by the moderator or speaker,  the speaker will present with their camera on, sharing their screen with their PowerPoint presentation. After the presentations, there will be a live, Q&A involving all presenting speakers. Participants will be able to submit their questions via the Q&A feature.

Live sessions with Round Table and  breakout rooms

Session Structure: After a short introduction by the moderator or speaker,  the main  zoom room will split into breakout rooms where round tables/discussions will take place. Delegates will be allocated to the breakout rooms. At the end of the allocated time, the delegates will return to the main  room.

How to join the Live Session

  • All presenters and moderators will receive calendar invitations for joining their session 30 minutes before the actual start of the session.
  • Please make sure that you have signed the requested Consent Form which is MANDATORY to complete as presenters / moderators in the Virtual Congress.
