Dear Friends & Colleagues,
We are monitoring the situation around the global pandemic and its implications very closely. Since we are expecting thousands of delegates from around the world, and as your health and safety is our main priority – we have come to the decision to postpone the MDS 2021 Congress.
Our world is changing but now more than ever, we believe in coming together to share, connect, learn, and grow. Join us for MDS 2021 from 23-26 September 2021. This time we are starting on Thursday instead of our typical Wednesday, but this minor change will enable us to meet you in magnificent Toronto.
MDS 2021 is worth the wait! We are still working to refine the scientific program, which will offer you the latest knowledge from international MDS experts.

Is the event cancelled?
No. Due to the implications of the global COVID-19 outbreak, we have made the decision to postpone MDS 2021 to 23-26 September 2021.
Is the event moving to a virtual format?
As a leading Professional Conference Organizer (PCO), Kenes are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation in Canada. We believe that we will be able to organize some format of a face-to-face MDS congress at the end of September this year. We will also be providing virtual elements to the congress which means that speakers will be able to give their talks remotely, via video and in addition, we will broadcast the sessions live via the congress platform.
Are abstracts still accepted?
Yes, abstract submission is open and you can submit your abstract by 11 May 2021.
