Official MDS 2021 update: The 16th International Congress on Myelodysplastic Syndromes will take place as a fully virtual meeting.

Toronto is going virtual

Considering we are facing continued uncertainty around the COVID-19 pandemic, and its impact on travel restrictions and physical distancing requirements throughout 2021, the MDS 2021 Organizing Committee and the MDS Foundation Board of Directors have decided to transform this COVID crisis into a new opportunity.

MDS 2021 will take place as a fully online, virtual experience.
The Congress dates remain unchanged: 23 – 26 September 2021.

We are committed to bringing the latest scientific knowledge, research and advancements to the MDS community, and believe that a virtual meeting is the safest, and most accessible way to engage and allow anyone, anywhere, to enjoy an enhanced online education experience.

Because one thing is clear: we are focusing our efforts on advancing research and patient care. MDS 2021 will enable us to meet to make that happen.

 

The virtual platform for the Congress will be available for all registered delegates from 23 September 2021 and will remain online for 3 months after the Congress dates.

All current registrations are valid and will be transformed into virtual tickets. New, reduced virtual rates will become available soon.
